Jim Copeland is the President of Copeland, Allen and Kramp Financial. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including roles at Nationwide Financial’s home office and several insurance and annuity technical standard groups for ACORD.
Jim received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and his Masters of Business Administration from The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business in Rochester, NY. He also earned the designation of becoming an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).
Jim provides service to his community by advocating for organ donation and kidney research. He lives in Findlay with his wife Monica and children. Jim and Monica spend a good amount of time running all over to various soccer games. When he’s not watching his kids play soccer, he enjoys watching the Columbus Crew.
Jim enjoys working with a wide variety of clients looking for personalized advice and planning services. He has a niche of working with family owned businesses who are looking to set up a business exit strategy for retirement.
Kathy Natal has been with the firm since 2004. She holds a General Securities Series 7 license and is a licensed Life & Health agent. Kathy handles administration of 401(k) plans including enrollments, scheduling, and reporting for reviews. Kathy also conducts securities trades on behalf of the advisers as well as assisting with marketing and sales for the firm.
Kathy provides service to the community by her membership in the Zonta Club of Findlay. Kathy has been apart of the Zonta Club of Findlay since 1993. She also serves as a member on the planning committe for the Alzheimer's Association Walk of Findlay. She resides in Findlay with her husband Pete. Kathy and Pete are avid music fans as they enjoy many different genres of music.
When working along with one of our advisors, Kathy's niche would be would be business owners who are wanting to implement new 401(k) plans for their employees or to have their current plans reviewed.

For over 15 years, Titus has helped individuals and business owners achieve their financial planning goals. Titus completed his Bachelor's of Law degree from Cedarville University and his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Findlay. Titus has been in the investment arena for over 15 years and has earned the certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. He is committed to servicing his clients' best interests today to help prepare for their tomorrow. Titus is known in Findlay for working with executive level managers who may have deferred compensation plans or stock options as well as business owners who have a more complex financial picture.
Nicole joined the firm in January of 2020 with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her experience in the banking industry included lending, business banking and treasury management for commercial and public fund clients. She is a Bluffton University graduate and a lifelong resident of Hancock County. Nicole is known for working with farm families and women in need of financial guidance during life events.
Nicole provides service to the community by volunteering with the United Way of Hancock County and other local organizations. She is the President of Hancock Youth Leadership and Treasurer for the Hancock Leadership Alumni Association. Nicole has a passion for teaching financial literacy as she feels it is a missed mark especially with our youth.
Nicole and her husband Andy live on their family farm in rural Hancock County where they raise their 3 children, Lacey, Drew, & Carly.
Rodney is the Vice President of Copeland, Allen & Kramp Financial. He has obtained FINRA 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations. He has over 28 years of experience in business financial planning and operations.
Rodney and his wife of over 26 years, Kate, reside in Findlay. They have one daughter, one son, and three grandchildren. Rodney and his wife love traveling, biking, and the beach at Fort Myers.
Rodney has been successful at working with self-employed individuals and early retirees that have unique benefit plans here in Findlay. This has allowed him to use a curated approach while focusing on financial risk, investment strategies, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning.
Larry Copeland received his Bachelor's degree from Bluffton University and his Master's degree from the University of Toledo. Larry is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a FINRA-Registered Principal. He has worked in the retirement arena for over 35 years and is the founder of Copeland Financial, where he started the agency from scratch in 1975.
Larry has provided service to his community by sitting on many local boards and charitable organizations. Larry has a special place in his heart for Bluffton University. He has been a long time advocate for them while serving on their board of trustees for 12 years. Larry has also coached football at the high school and collegiate level.
Larry resides in Findlay with his wife, Shirley. Larry and Shirley stay busy by attending all of their grandchildren's sporting events on the weekend.
